- I didn’t know my partner before this activity except I’ve seen him talk in chat during the zoom lectures sometimes.
- I think I know Andre quite well now, we were able to find some things we have in common.
- I think this is a fantastic way to meet new people and make new connections in a time of pandemic isolation.
- Another way to meet new people can be by finding common majors because several classes can overlap.
- Andre and I used discord to chat together. This worked out very well because we both use discord very often. Another tool that could've worked equally well is Instagram or Facebook messenger.
- Padlet worked out just okay. I think it is easy to use but a consequence of that is one doesn’t have enough freedom or is limited to a certain number of tools. I think photoshop would’ve been better but not everyone is experienced or has access to photoshop.
- If my goal was to make professional connections I think the best way to connect with people is through LinkedIn or discord. Discord is a great app for meeting people who have common interests and is easy to use.
